EIB pomaže stvaranje dobro povezanog, zelenog i inkluzivnog regiona, da bi obezbedila njegovu konkurentnost i održivost u periodu posle kovida-19. Istovremeno, EIB nastavlja da podržava zelenu i digitalnu tranziciju regiona, kao i njegovu integraciju na tržište EU.
